The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person or business subscribing on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", or "Parties", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

This Agreement shall come into effect immediately upon your completing the registration/subscription on ZOAPIIO.COM site. The names ZOAPIIO.COM and ZOAPIIO are synonymous and refer to the same products and services.

Note: ZOAPIIO.COM is a platform for building API networks, server side applications and dashboards. It requires development of algorithms and programs. Any such applications, integrations, or dashboards that you build within your ZOAPIIO.COM instance shall remain your intellectual property and we shall make no claim over it. We support and encourage your right to distribute, share or sell the applications you so build on ZOAPIIO.COM.

If you - by accident, human error, software error, or a combination of these - gain access to any ZOAPIIO.COM application or data that does not belong to you or has not explicitly been licensed by the company to you, you must stop immediately and bring it to our attention so that we can take effective steps to remedy the situation.

Other sites may hyperlink to content from ZOAPIIO.COM website pages, provided the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site, or we have provided consent to such linking.

Fitness for purpose disclaimer

ZOAPIIO.COM and ZOAPIIO applications created and hosted by Rightangle Technologies Pvt Ltd. - such as ZOAPI Vibe - have been designed and constructed with extreme care to provide its customers best utility and experience in the respective business functions they automate. However, please note that

• The SaaS products (platform and applications) available on ZOAPIIO.COM website are offered as-is with no assurance towards the fitness for the purpose you intend to use them for.
• We accept no responsibility or liability for the unlikely situation of a client suffering loss of data, programs, goodwill, money or any other loss/damage arising from their use of ZOAPIIO.COM platform or applications.
• The above conditions apply irrespective of your subscription being free or paid.

Content Liability

ZOAPIIO.COM platform allows you to build and host server-side applications that can be used to serve content to a restricted or public audience. We do not moderate or qualify the applications/data you build/host on ZOAPIIO.COM.

• You accept full responsibility for the applications/content being served from your ZOAPO.IO instance.
• You must ensure that no activity originating from your ZOAPIIO.COM account is in violation of the law.
• You expressly indemnify us for any legal consequences arising from your use of your ZOAPIIO.COM account.
• You are expressly forbidden to engage in on-line fraud or misconduct from your ZOAPIIO.COM account - including but not limited to spamming, on-line cyber-attacks, spreading of computer viruses, ransomware, hate messages, obscene or pornographic material etc.
• The above conditions apply irrespective of your subscription being free or paid.
• You expressly authorize us to disclose your identity and details on file, to a law enforcement agency, when approached to do so.
• If we discover on our own or from an outside source of any violation of the above, your account is subject to suspension or termination.

Data protection and privacy policy

The integrity and privacy of your data is important to us - we ensure that each ZOAPIIO.COM tenant gets a private database and an application instance.

• On the website, we do not capture any personal information from the subscribers.
• We do not sell, share or spam the email address that you provide at the time of subscription.
• We do not capture any credit card or sensitive payment information from the subscribers. Your payments on our website are handled by our payment partners. You enter your sensitive transaction information directly to the payment partner - presently Paypal, or other partners that we may have in future.
• We do not access the programs and data that you maintain within your ZOPAI platform and applications, except for the purpose of releasing software upgrades, investigating and fixing software problems reported by you.
• We do access a summary of your account activity for the purpose of metering and internal MIS and planning purposes.
• Your ZOAPIIO.COM instance will generate internal technical logs which may contain some very specific information about your activity. We periodically purge these logs.
• We take effective steps to ensure that the data stored on your ZOAPIIO.COM instances is accessed only for essential purposes specified above - however if you consider some data to be highly sensitive, you should consider programmatically encrypting it or storing it outside the ZOAPIIO.COM instance.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Termination of Subscription

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without specifying any reason. You will be entitled to receive a copy of your applications and data that you have created, and a refund of subscription charges paid by you for the unused period in your subscription.

We shall not be liable for any punitive damages whatsoever.
